VISION & VALUES
The divine mandate given to Adam and Eve (multiply, fill the earth, and subdue it Genesis 1:28 ) was not interrupted by the intrusion of sin into creation (Genesis 3) , this mission remains ( Be fruitful, multiply, and fill the earth Genesis 9:1) ; Apostolic vision: saved, delivered, each born-again believer is called to be trained and equipped (Ephesians 4, Ephesians 6:10-17) to take possession of his inheritance in Christ, train others, and multiply (Genesis 1:28 and 33:16-17).

VALUES
The New Covenant Church gives a very special place to certain values. These are at the center of our life as disciples.
THE FAMILY
We are members of God's family (Eph. 2.19) that is, members and servants of one another. The local church is a family that values the relationships between its members. A family is made up of all generations, it is intergenerational. Knowing how to welcome new people, taking care of one another, working as a team, showing loyalty and accountability are values that must be lived daily.
TRAINING SPIRITUAL FATHERS AND MOTHERS
Our society in general is losing its “reference points”. Learning to be sons and daughters in order to become fathers and mothers is crucial in the vision of the kingdom. Jesus behaved like a son, he listened to his Father (John 5.19) and only did what he saw the Father doing.
SUPERNATURAL
The foundations of the Church are supernatural (Colossians 1:16). They were willed and laid by God in his infinite wisdom and it is in Jesus Christ that we form a dwelling place of God in Spirit. The supernatural life is not a passing experience to be sought; it must be a lifestyle to be shared. Welcoming the supernatural is therefore fundamental.
WORSHIP
You shall worship the Lord your God with all your heart. Worship is the highest expression of honor, homage, praise, and prayer that is due to God. It is a key that foreshadows a movement of glory in the Spirit that will touch all nations.
